Jelger fan Meren-State is a gorgeous foalbook stallion who has been awarded the ster predicate for his excellent conformation, movement and temperament.

Jelger made it through to the 3rd Pre-Riding day in The Netherlands in 2023, putting him in the top 40 stallions in the running for approval out of an impressive 320 stallions initially presented.

Jelger is a more compact, strong build stallion with good bone and a shorter back that really allows him to easily engage his hindquarters. He shows a lot of potential for both dressage and carriage driving, both of which he has been trained in. Jelger is a versatile stallion with a very sweet, willing and trainable temperament, low kinship percentage and stunning looks (a mane so thick and long it has to be split on both sides of his neck and a tail to match!).
